Meeting called to order at 2:35 PM. 10 members and 1 guest were present. Our guest was Janine Granchelli and she received a Meade goto telescope for Christmas. We will include her on our e-mail distribution

Treasurer:

Bank–Member dues were summarized. Joe Petrick donated $500 to the electrical fund. $985.51 In Bank, Petty Cash - $62.00, Electric Fund - $1,652.00 Total - $2,699.51

1. Paid $300 to Keith for land loan. Remaining balance is $6,300.

Old Business:

• Oberle Telescope – Geauga Parks has selected a working committee which will report on results this Spring.

• Electric Service – Joe Petrick Next month we will request service for March / April.

• Calendar – Next Case lecture on March 16th. Rookery February 24 th. Messier Marathon the weekend of March 25 th. June 17 for OTAA and June 24 for Cherry Springs.

New Business:

Dan wants to know where can you get mirror aluminized. Check for Pittsburgh source and with John Hall at Pegasus

Lighting: Larry filed formal complaint with PUCCO about first energy. Still waiting for reply
